Ocean Conservation

On Monday the Yr 6’s had a visitor come in, her name was Libby. She came in to teach us about the Ocean Conservation. She even bought in her bike that’s made out of bamboo. I learnt so much about the Ocean Conservation, like how Libby got to swim with a pregnant whale or how long a manta ray measures. It was very exciting having Libby coming to talk to us.`

What an awesome presentation you've made about ocean conservation. You learnt some important things about taking care of our ocean.

We are thrilled that you've registered for the Summer Learning Journey with us. I know it can sometimes be tricky to get started. I have included a link to the week one activities, but remember, you can do them in any order! Check out the activities on our website, and then post your responses to the activities here on your blog site.

  3. Kia Ora Sharnee. My name is Rebekah. I am a year 7 student at Karoro school, Greymouth. I like your post about ocean conservation. I never knew anything about micro plastics until I read your post! They are a really big problem. I think the way you laid out your graphics was good. Keep up the good work!
    From Rebekah.
